Cancellation policy We understand that in life problems can happen. However, as a small business, cancellations and no-shows can really hurt us. When scheduling, a credit card is required to schedule your appointment. We request a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Any cancellation within 24 hours or the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled services. All absences will result in a 100% charge for scheduled services. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text message 72 hours before your appointment and 48 hours before as a reminder. For rescheduling contact **Deposit it’s no reembolsable** ✔️ Example: If you have an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 12:00 p.m you must notify us and cancel before 12:00 p.m. Monday.
